The Moose Hide Campaign is a grassroots movement of Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples standing together to end gender-based violence. With over 7.5 million pins gifted and more than 35 million conversations sparked, we are growing a nationwide movement of safety, healing, and accountability.
POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Support Assistant to help our team during a high-volume period. This role focuses on administrative support, data entry/cleanup, digital record maintenance, and travel logistics. It’s a great fit for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and online systems.
Location: Remote (Canada)
Term: January–March 2026 (temporary/contract term)
Start Date: January 2026
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week. Expectations of availability between 9am – 5pm PT.
Hourly pay: $26-$32/hr
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry & Data Quality
Enter and update records in Salesforce and WordPress (as required)
Support data clean-up to improve accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct missing, duplicate, or outdated information
Follow established data standards and naming conventions
Salesforce & WordPress Support
Maintain accurate contact, pin request, and event records in Salesforce
Help with basic user access issues and escalate technical problems when needed
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to the Campaign team
Support inbox monitoring and communications tracking as delegated
Travel Logistics
Assist with coordinating staff travel (itineraries, confirmations, documentation)
Maintain travel records and support alignment with internal policies and budget guidelines
Record Maintenance
Review and organize digital files, lists, and organizational records
Support information transition/migration when required
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
Experience with data entry and/or administrative support
Comfortable using digital tools; Salesforce and/or WordPress experience is an asset
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes
Comfortable asking clarifying questions to ensure tasks are completed correctly
Ability to work respectfully within an Indigenous-led organization and commitment to the Moose Hide Campaign’s mission to end gender-based violence
