About the Role:
As part of the production group, you will work as part of a collaborative and results-oriented team on various tasks to manufacture our access panels. You will produce different components, assemble those components, and fit parts precisely to fill different work orders. You have an exceptional attention to detail and believe that work should be completed perfectly. You will ensure exact preparation and processings of various materials, including aluminum, wood, gypsum board (drywall), and steel. As part of this team, you directly impact the company’s ability to fill orders and achieve its targets and goals.
What You Bring:
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
Good mechanical aptitude
High attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to perform repetitive and physical tasks
Basic hand tool experience (shop, construction, mechanical, etc.)
Willingness to learn new tasks
Strong work ethic and cooperative approach
Bonus Points:
Previous experience in manufacturing, construction or fabrication
Previous experience in drywall installation and finishing
Experience using power tools, including table saw, chop saw, or drywall screw-gun
Previous experience restoring surfaces by sanding, priming, and finishing
Previous experience with machines and tools in industries like fine furniture making, cabinet making, or window and door manufacturing
