About Us:

At BAUCO Access Panel Solutions Inc., we believe in treating people the way we would like to be treated and creating an environment where your expertise and passion can stand out. As a result, we pride ourselves in being the most customer-responsive access panel company in the industry.

Founded in 1995, BAUCO is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality, customizable architectural access panels and grilles. We are known for innovation, precision, and service excellence. Our integrated model allows us to deliver fast lead times, custom solutions, and responsive support directly to job sites locally and across North America. Our products are featured in landmark projects such as the Wickaninnish Inn in Tofino, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, and the Wilshire Grand Hotel in Los Angeles.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be the hands-on content creator and marketing lead, crafting compelling written and visual content that connects with architects, engineers, designers, and construction professionals, while ensuring BAUCO’s brand is consistently represented across all channels.

You will be responsible for directly producing a significant portion of BAUCO’s marketing content, with a strong emphasis on technically precise writing, editing, and high-quality marketing materials daily. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the execution of an integrated marketing communications strategy across owned, earned, and paid media tactics. This role works closely with Sales and Customer Service to develop and deliver the communications they need to support customers and projects. You’re comfortable working in the B2B environment, preferably within the construction industry.

In this role, you will bring together strong communication and full-cycle project management skills to develop and deliver impactful campaigns, analyze performance, support company growth, as well as manage and mentor a Senior Marketing Specialist.

A Day in the Life:

Content Development (40%)

  • Write and produce a high volume of compelling, high-quality B2B content across web, email, social, print, and digital advertising

  • Translate technical product information into clear, engaging, and solution-oriented messaging

  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels

  • Review and enhance internal and external communications, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and impact

Project Management (40%)

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through delivery

  • Balance coordination responsibilities with direct execution of core marketing deliverables

  • Manage and mentor the Senior Marketing Specialist, ensuring high-quality output

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership

  • Support initiatives such as tradeshows, product launches, photo shoots, and promotional materials

Strategic Planning (10%)

  • Lead and continuously refine BAUCO’s marketing communications (MarCom) strategy

  • Align marketing initiatives with sales and business development objectives

  • Define and track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and campaign metrics

  • Translate insights into clear, actionable marketing plans that drive engagement and lead generation

Research (10%)

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the construction and AEC industries

  • Develop a strong understanding of architect, engineer, and contractor needs, including project workflows and technical specifications

  • Identify gaps, unmet needs, and opportunities to strengthen BAUCO’s positioning

  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and evolving media channels

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in construction, building products, or the architectural sector

  • Proven success in independently producing content marketing, digital campaigns, and brand growth using industry-specific language

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills (technical + creative)

  • Comfortable producing first drafts quickly and iterating based on feedback

  • Strong knowledge of:

    • SEO and keyword strategy, especially across different industries

    • Google Analytics and performance tracking

    • WordPress, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, etc.

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling messaging

  • Highly organized with outstanding communication and full-cycle project management skills

  • Comprehensive market research skills

  • Experience marketing to architects, engineers, or construction professionals

  • Familiarity with technical documentation or product marketing

  • Basic HTML, video, or photography skills
